Mayhay Studios values creativity and professional submissions but does not accept unsolicited scripts, treatments, story ideas, or other creative material unless submitted through a licensed agent or industry representative.

If you choose to send material directly to us:

1. You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to review, use, produce, or compensate for your submission.

2. You retain full ownership and copyright of your work.

3. You agree that Mayhay Studios will not be liable for any claims, including copyright infringement or idea appropriation, even if a similar project is later developed.

4. By submitting, you agree that we may review the material for internal consideration, but sending it does not create any contractual or other obligations.

For the protection of both parties, we strongly recommend submissions only via a licensed agent or representative.
